Kamali Culpepper was born and raised in Florida and is an independent filmmaker. As a child she wanted to be an actor because she always loved movies and television. Later she developed an interest in writing and directing and pursued a degree in film. She graduated from the University of Tampa in May 2019 and earned a BFA in Film and Media Arts. She is looking forward to writing and directing more projects in the future.
