Biography

Dainton Anderson is a British child actor based in Bristol, represented by Daisy and Dukes Ltd.

In 2017 at the age of 4, Dainton made his professional debut in the Sky Atlantic Tv series, Patrick Melrose starring Benedict Cumberbatch, playing his Son, Thomas Melrose.

After starring in a commercial for Thomas the Tank Engine, 2019 saw Dainton playing Marvin Mucklowe, in the award winning TV series This Country for the BBC.

In 2021, Dainton filmed a commercial for Facebook portal, for Grandparents day in which is played a grandson for the short clips featuring online and social media sites.

Since 2022, Dainton has filmed for the ITV TV series Stonehouse featuring Keeley Hawes in February, whilst then going on to film Archie, an ITV Drama, playing the young version of the title role working alongside Jason Issacs.

Dainton is a keen musician singing, playing piano, guitar, violin and Ukulele. He is also a Gymnast specializing in Acro.
