La'Rayja Hill is a filmmaker and actress who has been creating since she first picked up a camera at eight years old. Trained in Drama at a Visual Performing Arts school and later at Cleveland State University, she honed her skills in acting, screenwriting, directing, and cinematography. Her work spans multiple genres, but she is especially drawn to drama and comedy, describing her style as "so surreal it feels real, or so real it feels surreal."
Driven by a deep capacity for observation and understanding, La'Rayja views life itself as a film-constantly shifting perspectives to find new meaning. At 25, she's focused on using storytelling to help others see her truth and, in turn, recognize themselves on screen.
