Biography

Anastasiya Serhiyenia (Sergienya) is an aspiring independent filmmaker who was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus. She started her career from early on, starting in film photography.

Anastasiya lived in London for 3 years, worked with modeling agencies, and she was a student brand manager for Red Bull for 3 years. Anastasiya also got 3 degrees. She got a degree in Information and Communication from Belarusian State University, a degree in Business Management from London's Westminster Academy, and she received a Certificate of Achievement for Explore Filmmaking from the National Film and Television School. She decided to finish her certificate at NYU.

After school, Anastasiya realized that to have the film career that she wanted she needed to start from the beginning and so she became interested in production work. She is working as a Production Assistant, Production Coordinator, Wardrobe, and of course as a Photographer. She already worked on big projects like The After Party, Elementary, and My Cousin Sister's Wedding. Now she is getting ready to film her own short movie.
