Rafael Alejandro was born on May 2, 1983 in Caracas, Venezuela. He is an actor and writer, known for Drive My Car: An American Comedy (2021), Dark Arrows and The Guerra Brothers (2020).

Attended Syracuse University's Acting Conservatory before transferring to Monmouth University's Music Business degree program.

Former sports journalist & boxing broadcaster.

Foreign born US citizen in Venezuela to a Puerto Rican mother and Dominican father. Father is an American corporate attorney who was living & working abroad.

Rafael Alejandro Ginebra is his full name from birth. His real surname, Ginebra, was dropped from his stage name. However his production company is called Ginebra Films & Media. Ginebra (pronounced: Hee-neh-bra) is the Spanish word for Geneva (Switzerland) & Gin (alcoholic drinks). The logo for his production company features the Jet d'Eau, the famous fountain that rises out of Lake Geneva.
