Biography

Taylor Schulte is an award winning, internationally published makeup artist specializing in special makeup effects. Taylor is a Freelance Makeup Artist and Licensed Cosmetologist from North Dakota. She attended Josef's School of Hair Design for Cosmetology and Skin Esthetics. She later became a Licensed Cosmetology and Skin Esthetics Instructor. Taylor continued her education at Makeup Designory in New York City, graduating from the Master Artistry Program. She competed in the 2017 IMATS Battle of the Brushes Sydney for Character/Prosthetics taking 1st Place. Taylor has worked on numerous projects in the special effects shops, even earning her a honorary Emmy for her work on season 1 of the Mandalorian. Although her love of shop-life still remains. The last 4 years Taylor has padded her resume with Department Head and Key Makeup Artist positions. Taylor lives in Los Angeles, CA and is working as a freelance Makeup Artist, collecting her days to become Union.
