Biography

Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, Chelsea Alice has exhibited textile talent since childhood. Spending her teenage years in Calgary, Alberta, she graduated from Olds College Fashion Institute with a diploma in Costume Cutting and Construction. After graduating she moved to Vancouver, BC, where her motivation propelled her to achieve valuable experience in every position in the costume department within three years. As of 2025 she has worked for multiple IATSE productions across Canada through Locals 891, 849 and 709. Accolades include a CAFTCAD Award Nomination as well as an active membership with Emmy Award National Television Academy. Skills include garment/character design, drafting, construction and alterations as well as buying, styling, coordinating, continuity tracking, supervising and training.
