Jon is a director and producer base in Vancouver. His work reveals the universal stories of underrepresented people with honesty and reverence. Raised by Chinese parents born in Lima, Peru, he developed a sensitivity that he uses to capture the truths about our shared experiences. His films have screened at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival, AAIF Festival, Reel Asian and VIMFF. His films have been broadcast on Telus Originals, CBC and Knowledge Network.
