Biography

Jai Braithwaite is a Canadian actor, writer, and producer based in British Columbia. Since beginning his professional acting career in 2017, he has appeared in numerous Hallmark and Lifetime movies, as well as television productions including The Hunting Party (NBC), Siren (ABC), Gabby Duran & the Unsittables (Disney Channel), and Charmed (The CW). He has also appeared in multiple award-nominated short films. Committed to continual growth as an artist, Braithwaite trains with respected industry professionals including John Cassini at Railtown Actors Studio, Dan Payne at DP2 School of Acting, Sarah-Jane Redmond, and Meisner training with Terry Knickerbocker. In addition to acting, Braithwaite develops original film and television projects through his production company, Black Dog Entertainment. He lives in British Columbia, where he enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his standard poodles.
