- Alongside extensive theatre training at Newington College and abroad, Luke studied Screen Acting and American English at both NIDA and Screenwise Film & TV School for Actors in Sydney, Australia.
- Earned Drama Colours twice for contributions to Drama at Newington College.
- Luke's first theatrical performance was at 11 years of age, in 2007 as Aladdin in Burraneer Bay Public School's end of year musical.
- Awarded a State Achievement in Drama on the 2013 Higher School Certificate (HSC) Merit List and Newington College's HSC Honour Roll.
