Having a beginning in 2012 as a roadie. Ian eventually made his way to Film starting in sound and lighting, before making Lighting his thing Having worked on big projects for Netflix, Stan, ABC, SBS.
2020 Ian has started VDM Films to emerge into Writing/Directing his focus to create highly emotional Horror/Drama and Drama/Thriller. Ian is very influenced in Korean culture (K-pop K-drama obsessed), being a big fan of Bong Joon-ho, Park Chan-wook. and others like Hayao Miyazaki, Paul Verhoeven, Frank Darabont, Michael Curtiz
