Biography

Dita the Hair Missile is a Belgian Malinois trained in detection and tracking.

Able to bark in three different languages.

She is able to climb ladders, as seen on multiples episodes of SEAL Team (2017).

Is a police K9 that works in an official capacity with her handler, Justin Melnick.

Dita's story-line as Cerberus mirrored her real life. She suffered from real-life combat stress, shooting the many action scenes of each episode, from multiple angles on SEAL Team (2017). Dita was originally trained as a narcotics detection dog, and wasn't used to all of the gunfire and explosions. Dita and Cerberus both retired from the action scenes, but did not leave the show. Pepper, a 2 1/2 year old Dutch Shepard, and Dita's sister who is also owned and trained by Justin Melnick, has taken over team duties, as she was actually trained to be around explosives and gunfire.
