Biography

Brandie Honor is an actor from Orlando, Florida, currently based in New York City.

Raised by an Air Force captain and a kindergarten teacher, Brandie developed an early appreciation for discipline, perseverance, and creativity, qualities that continue to shape her approach to storytelling and performance.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University, Brandie moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in film and television. She has since appeared in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and has also worked on acclaimed productions including HBO’s Rap Sh!t and Hulu’s Murdaugh Murders: Death in the Family.

Brandie is passionate about authentic representation in entertainment and is committed to telling stories that allow underrepresented communities to see themselves reflected on screen with honesty, depth, and humanity.
