Rich Lowe Bush III is an American-born actor, singer, filmmaker, songwriter, and music and film producer. He was born Richard Bush III in Brooklyn, New York, and was raised by his grandmother in the East New York section of Brooklyn. He began singing and acting at the age of 14 while attending Brooklyn High School of the Arts. Rich began his professional acting career with a role in American Stage Theatre's production of "The Royale" by Marco Ramirez. In 2024, Rich co-starred in "Seven Miles From Forever", the first feature film from Empire Reset Productions, a film production company he co-founded. Rich co-directed, co-wrote, co-produced, cast, edited, and created original music for the film. In 2025, Rich directed, co-wrote, co-produced, cast, edited, and created original music for Empire Reset Productions' second feature film, the psychological thriller "The Him I Knew". Rich has appeared in multiple episodes of CBS "Beyond the Gates" as well as a recurring role in the upcoming Netflix Firefighter Drama "Where There’s Smoke".
