Mike Tabone

Mike Tabone is a screenwriter and novelist specialising in character-driven narratives. Writing credits include award-winning shorts Eve (Valletta Film Festival, Panorama Film Festival) and Color (ICA Festival), the documentary Cancer Warriors (Doctors Without Borders Film Festival), and commercial work for the Malta Tourism Authority. He has adapted works by Francis Ebejer and Trevor Zahra for screen. His debut novel First Fall Fort is a political thriller set in near-future Europe. Other works include War and Water (a Cold War espionage series) and scripted historical re-enactments and documentary productions exploring wartime narratives.
