- Anna Bruun Nørager is a Danish documentary filmmaker driven by stories that connect people across cultures and borders. A graduate of the National Film & Television School. Her work explores identity, human rights, and the forces shaping our global society.
Her interest in Iraq led her to online network of Iraqi women. And this is where she met Tamara and her platform Iraqi Women’s Rights. This encounter became the foundation of ‘Burning Voice’.
Anna’s previous work includes #FollowMe, selected for the BFI London Film Festival 2020, and All Is Now. Her filmmaking is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices.
