Guido Giannettini was tried in Catanzaro with the neo-fascist terrorists Franco Freda, Giovanni Ventura and others, on charges of complicity in the 1969 Piazza Fontana massacre. He was acquitted in 1982, by the Italian supreme court, for lack of evidence.
