Anthony Penney is an award-winning Christian film director known for his work on the faith-based feature films Broken, Uncut, and Me Too. Before taking on features he also wrote and directed several multi award winning short films such as Alone, Bark, and BlindED. Anthony has a passion for art and the telling of powerful stories that he believes have the ability to change lives. Making films with purpose is his goal, and with each film he hopes to reach specific audiences with relevant themes that bring about hope, change, and conversation. His documentary film, Me Too, was a powerful endeavor that included real life survivors of sexual abuse telling their stories as a way to bring hope to those who have suffered from similar situations. Anthony also has a passion for telling stories that include mental health and abuse issues. His short film Alone dealt with the crippling effects of depression, and his feature film, Uncut, dealt heavily on the topic of addiction and recovery.
