Biography

Writer-Director Cashmere Jasmine is an Afro-Caribbean creative who blends genres with dark comedy. She tells inclusive stories featuring unexpected anti-heroes you'll love to hate. Recipient of Sundance Uprise grant for her short film, Oreo; that was accepted to the 2022 Slamdance film festival. She is slated to direct a Disney Launchpad short film that will stream on Disney+.
