Pocket Sun is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of SoGal Ventures, a pioneering early-stage venture capital firm with $55M+ AUM, backing world-class women and diverse founders beyond Silicon Valley.

Since 2015, Pocket and her co-founder Elizabeth Galbut have invested in 150+ startups, identified five unicorns at inception, and delivered top-quartile returns to over 200 diverse LPs. SoGal is known for spotting what the world needs before it becomes obvious-often backing founders who go on to create entirely new categories in AI, digital health, care, sustainability, and culture-defining tech.
