Stephen Dolginoff received Drama Desk Award nominations for Best Musical & Best Music; an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination for Best Off-Broadway musical; and won an ASCAP Music Award for his musical Thrill Me; The Leopold & Loeb Story. Over 150 productions in 16 countries and 10 languages have followed, including a run on London's West End (WOS Award nomination), award-winning stagings in Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Madrid, Barcelona, Sydney; several European tours and long-running Asian versions in Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai. Stephen's musical suspense thriller, Flames, has been seen in London, Seoul and across the USA. His horror-movie musical homage, Monster Makers, was first presented in NYC at the Daryl Roth Theatre/D-Lounge & 54 Below/Studio 54 prior to its international regional theatre debut. Stephen received a Backstage Bistro Award for Outstanding Book, Music & Lyrics for his musical One Foot Out The Door. His musical Most Men Are; his musical adaptation of Journey To The Center of the Earth; and his musical comedy, Panic, the story behind the "War of the Worlds" broadcast have been performed in theaters all around the world. Stephen received a BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU/Tisch School of the Arts. His work is published by Samuel French and Dramatists Play Service. As an actor, he played "Nathan" in Thrill Me Off-Broadway, regionally, on the cast album and in the 2017 NYC revival at The Cell Theatre; and originated the roles of "Max Schreck," "Boris Karloff" & "Peter Cushing" in Monster Makers onstage & on the original cast recording. He was also featured on the Discovery Channel's version of the Leopold & Loeb story as one of the on-screen narrators. Stephen is represented by Ron Gwiazda at Abrams Artists Agency.
