- Though not being trained as an actor, Flip has played quite a few roles in a variety of movies and on stage. Including some corporate movies en live shows. Once he send his pictures to a casting company "just for fun". It did not take very long before he got his first audition. The movie he auditioned for never got finished but he got the attention of some people. A few years later he was asked to audition for Kom en Kus mijn Ziel. Though there were some tough competitors he managed to secure the part due to his natural appearance. After that some roles came along, mainly in the corporate films. In 2017 he finally landed the main role in "Endeloos" where he plays a cynical bartender.

- After "Eindeloos"he again landed one of the main parts in a movie. This time his long time wish got for filled and he got a part in a brutal action movie called "Genadeloos" . Where he plays a cop on the wrong side of the law.
- Though it was not planned for him to re-appear in "Genadeloos2: Amber" he will return in the second part of this high octane action movie. Though this time in a shorter part. The directors wanted him in part 2 because he could make the story complete. Offcourse he said yes to the part.
