Biography

Aristide Russo was born in Naples, Italy. He did his BA at the Fine Arts Academy there in Naples and then. after have been few years into the photography, he decided to jump from a generation of arts to another, from photography to cinematography. Se he decided to move to London, where he did his MA in Cinematography at Goldsmiths University of London.

In his life Aristide managed to gain few photographic satisfactions, including awards and publications, and quite a lot of results in the world of films, working on different productions, in several roles, specializing in cameras and lighting. After have gained experiences as focus puller and camera operator he is now getting the first chances to use his skills for the sake of the cinematography, doing his first projects as DoP.
