Biography

Emma Pine is writer, director and production designer based in Los Angeles, California. She began pursuing her film studies and an artistic career in her last year of high school during which she worked on diverse student film productions. After graduating, she decided to further her studies in film by getting her Bachelor's degree in Film and Media at Birkbeck University in London, England. Consequently, she got her Master's degree in Film and Media Production at New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.

Through the years she has worked on many productions focusing on directing, production design and art direction. Her first short film ' Assumptions' was a selected finalist at the Lift-Off Film festival in 2020 in London, England. The short film 'Acrimony' on which Emma was Assistant Editor won Best Live Action at the 2017 North Hollywood Cinefest.
