Biography

Tatiana A. Lee is an award-winning disability inclusion and accessibility consultant, producer, model, actor, and activist. Growing up in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, Lee felt underrepresented in media and began utilizing social media to raise awareness about accessibility and disability visibility in entertainment.

Projects Lee has consulted on or produced have won numerous awards, including a Day Time Emmy, Hollywood Fringe Festival Encore Producers Award, and in 2018 she was honored with the Christopher Reeves Scholarship during the Media Access Awards for her role in advancing disability inclusion in media. Apple Newsroom, CNET, Forbes, and Washington Post have featured her work. Lee's award-winning acting can be seen in shorts like Footloose, Jade, and Together & Better. She has modeled in campaigns for Apple, Target, and Zappos, to name a few.

Her commitment to creating a more inclusive Hollywood has created opportunities for and awareness of other emerging disabled creatives, including serving as a creative advisor for Sundance Accessible Futures Intensive, building curriculum for the award-winning RespectAbility Lab for Disabled Entertainment Professionals, and volunteering as the Disability & Accessibility Advocate for Women of Color Unite. She has advised and educated others in film, TV, and media, including companies like The Walt Disney Company, Warner Media, Netflix, and more.
