Gabriela Gonzalez was born in the small town of San Luis Potosí, Mexico. She moved to the United States to pursue her acting career, speaking only Spanish at the time. However, her determination to flourish in both English and Spanish markets led her to learn English within her first year in the U.S. and speak it without a discernible accent, making her acting range incredibly wide and strongly versatile.
Her outgoing and uplifting personality reflects with clarity on screen, allowing her to work in various commercials and land as the official Spanish voice for all Whataburger ads within a year and a half of moving to Texas. She has been voicing Whataburger’s Spanish campaigns ever since.
Gabriela’s soft nature and strong presence make for honest and vulnerable performances. Her emotional depth translates beautifully on camera-keeping her work impactful and grounded. She has also worked with brands such as H-E-B, Dell, Blue Bell, Samsung, WhatsApp, and many more to promote their products with a contagious smile. Her gentleness allows her to move seamlessly between complex, emotional roles and lighter, upbeat characters.
She has been the lead in multiple short films and feature films and has also embarked on the journey of producing, directing, and starring in her own films.
Her core values are humility and kindness, and she loves to serve others aside from acting. She enjoys volunteering opportunities and visiting coffee shops whenever she gets the chance. She is passionate, introspective, and loves to make others laugh. She values her life experiences and takes them as an opportunity to pour them into each character she embodies.
