Affectionately called 'The Mad Trainer', Jamel provides all his clients the Full Package: personal training, lifestyle coaching, nutritional counseling, personal growth / development and spiritual guidance. Jamel travels all over the world, year-round, to 'train' A list celebrities, professional athletes, foreign dignitaries, recording artists, philanthropists, single parents and entire families simultaneously.
