Sonar was selected as part of Film London's Production Finance Market, Film Bazaar's Co-Production Market, Tasveer's inaugural Producer's Lab and Blackmagic collective's Producer Lab. A Film Independent Project Involve fellow , working between US and India, Sonar draws inspiration from the women around her, reflected in the stories at her production-company, Lambe Log.
