Hailing from New York, Vanessa Carrasco can most recently be seen in Netflix's family comedy, Family Switch alongside of Emma Myers, Jennifer Garner, Ed Helms and Brady Noon. Vanessa is truly a standout as she enters the frame as Brady Noon's love interest. Bringing a mix of spirit and charm to her role, Vanessa captures the audience throughout the film.

Carrasco has also starred in the Apple TV+ series, Life By Ella. The series tells the story of a young girl who returns to school after beating cancer with a brand new perspective, excitement for what the future holds, and a major seize the day mentality.Prior to that, Vanessa is best known for her roles in NBC's Law and Order: SVU as Nydia and New Amsterdam as June Faria; as well as numerous short films, including "Sleeping Beauty" directed by Gabriela Quiroz in which she played Aurora in the short about the subject of child trafficking. She also appeared in Netflix's romantic comedy-drama "Irreplaceable You" alongside Christopher Walken, Jackie Weaver, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Brian Tyree Henry.
