Ammar Sabban is a Saudi Puppeteer, Voice Actor, Podcaster, Writer & Director. He is known for Iftah Ya Simsim (Arabic version of Sesame Street) where he plaid Gargour (Arabic Grover), Kaaki (Arabic Cookie Monster), Badr (Arabic Bert), and Addad (Arabic Count Von Count). He also wrote and directer episodes of the show. Ammar started out with a puppet character named Afroott that he built and puppeteer-ed on YouTube and social media since 2014.
Ammar is also an established voice actor and voice acting director, who worked on multiple projects on YouTube as well an local animation films and shows such as Masameer Junior, Nayrat, Boody & Zozo, and Emara to name a few.
Ammar is now working on writing his first feature film that is planned to be released in 2027.
