Her journey also led her to a transformative experience in a Theatre in the Community project called Visions of Boyle Heights, conducted through ELAC (East Los Angeles College) and in partnership with CTG (Center Theatre Group).

Participating in Visions of Boyle Heights had a profound impact on Marygold. In collaboration with the community, she and her classmates journaled the stories of the people of Boyle Heights and played a pivotal role in creating and taking part in an original play inspired by their narratives. This immersive experience further deepened her understanding of the human condition and the powerful role that storytelling plays in connecting individuals and communities.

Coming from a family background with no prior exposure to the inner workings of the entertainment industry, Marygold faced a challenging journey marked by uncertainties and unfamiliar terrain.
