Percy Taquan Brown is an American Actor and Entertainer known for starring in the Feature Film Third Week (2024) Streaming on Prime Video, Its Always Been You (2020) and Accept The Call (2019). He is also the Creator and Host of ThePrinceofFreshAir Podcast (2020). Raised in Manhattan and The Bronx, New York City, Percy is one of 13 siblings; 7 brothers and 4 sisters. He embarked on his career at the young age of 13 when he graduated from Hudson Honors Middle School. He began his studies in Theatre and Dance at the esteemed Urban Assembly School for the Performing Arts in Harlem, NY. During this period, he trained, studied and performed Shakespeare plays such as Much Ado About Nothing, portraying Don Pedro and A Winters Tale, portraying Polixines, with the Award-Winning, non-for-profit theatre company Epic Theatre Ensemble. His theatre work allowed him to win scholarships to take summer acting courses at the New York Film Academy, New York University and Columbia University. Percy continued his training and education by attending St. Bonaventure University, winning honors and awards for his work at SBU Theatre. His performance in Twelfth Night as Orsino awarded him a nomination for the coveted Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Region 2 scholarship competition. Upon graduating, he was awarded The Most Ideal Bonaventure Man award and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine Arts and Theatre in 2018. In 2018, he landed his first film role in The Incoherents (2019), starring Amy Carlson and Annette O'Toole. Aside from acting, he is also a talented content creator. Percy is recognized for his numerous appearances on the popular YouTube channel Jubilee Media, starring in episodes such as Ranked: Testosterone, Spectrum: Do All Black Men Think The Same and Middle Ground: Online Dating vs Traditional Dating. His videos have garnered over 15 million views across various media platforms. Percy's multifaceted career includes over 35 credits spanning Theatre, Commercials, New Media, and Film Work. Expanding his reach further, he founded ThePrinceofFreshAir Podcast in 2020, which has since achieved global recognition and is available on more than 35 platforms, such as Amazon Music, Audible, Spotify, IHeart Radio, and Apple Music.
