Sorel (Akay) Metin is a versatile actor with a strong passion for the craft. He is of Turkish Cypriot heritage, born and raised in London.
Having trained Theatre (UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts) at the 'BRIT School' and graduating, decided to pursue his acting career in TV & film shortly after.
Sorel has honed their skills in a variety of acting styles. Since then he has acted in various film and TV roles including: a featured role on the hit series 'House Of The Dragon' (2024) season 2 finale 'The Queen Who Ever Was' on 'Sky Atlantic', followed by other starring roles in short films: 'Insurrection' (2019), 'Mute' (2017) and 'The Rich One' (2018).
Off stage, Sorel is a talented musician, often performing various gigs in London. With a promising career ahead, Sorel is quickly becoming one of the most exciting actors of their generation.
