Anthony Covatta is a Cleveland-born singer, songwriter, and actor known for his emotionally driven performances and genre-blending sound rooted in acoustic pop, soul, and folk. Raised in an Italian-Argentinian household, his work draws from deep personal experiences to explore identity, resilience, and healing. He earned the BroadwayWorld Cleveland Award for Best Actor in a Musical for Rent at Tri-C West and was also named Best Actor by Cleveland Scene Magazine for his portrayal of Mark in Rent at Cassidy Theatre. He received further acclaim for his award-winning performance as Dan in Next to Normal at Perrysburg Musical Theatre. Anthony has been featured on Happy Hour Sessions, showcasing his original music and storytelling. On screen, he appears as a principal cast member in the indie feature Meat the Movie, which premiered in Cleveland in June and is currently hitting the film festival circuit.
