Band formed in New York City in 1979 by brothers Dan Gilroy and Ed Gilroy. They disbanded in 1988.

In the early '80s, the band included Madonna, Angie Smit on bass, and the Gilroy brothers, Dan and Ed, both on guitar (Dan Gilroy sang lead vocals as well).

Madonna started as the drummer of the band in 1979. Then she went onto sing her own composed songs in the early 1980 and promoted the band and they performed local gigs. In 1980, she left the band.

In the mid-1980s, the band consisted of the Gilroys (with Dan Gilroy exclusively on vocals, while Ed Gilroy provided all guitars), Gary Burke (bass), Paul Kauk (keyboards), and Stephen Bray (drums).

The band released their first album, "Breakfast Club", in 1987. A second album was recorded but never released.
