Aaron Jin - an actor and filmmaker who believes in adding little twists and making stories our own. As an actor, Aaron recently appeared on Netflix in the Duplass Brothers' series "Penelope" (Sundance '24) and Wes Hurley's "Potato Dreams of America" (SXSW '21). He recently completed post-production on his self-produced short "Gay Jesus," which was funded through crowdfunding and a government grant. He tackles both comedy and drama with humor, wit, and gusto.
Recent celebrations: Silver Telly Award for "Most Likely To" webseries that I was a series writer, finishing an indie period film, and graduating from Seattle Theatre Group's inaugural Executive Leadership Program.
Prior to film work, Aaron wrote a solo show and an opera (Seattle Opera Creation Lab) and acted in theatre. He serves as Board Secretary for arts service organization Artist Trust and leads activism/marketing workshops for artists.
