Biography

Krista Bradley

Biography

  • Krista Bradley is an award-winning American Actress, Writer, Director and Producer best known for her highly anticipated feature film debut, Wonderland Cave. Kin to legendary actress, Amanda Blake (Miss Kitty, Gunsmoke), Krista was born into a military family in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She spent her childhood moving throughout the United States with her parents and four younger siblings, primarily residing in cities throughout Texas, while also living in Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Iowa and California.

Krista started her career as a commercial filmmaker in Denver, Colorado and became more involved in film as neighboring New Mexico's industry grew. In 2019, Krista gained her first experience behind the camera in a crazy turn of events when she was promoted from background talent, to principal performer, as well as second assistant director, in the Don E. Willis film, The Penitent Thief, starring Kevin Sorbo. Later that year she was cast as rodeo star, Carly Rivers in the Netflix original Walk. Ride. Rodeo. In 2021, Krista made her mark as a writer and director to watch when she first announced her 1930's drama, Wonderland Cave, after winning the Fayetteville Film Festival for the film's pitch that year. With Wonderland Cave, Krista has won awards at each stage of development, earning accolades from prestigious festivals such as the Oscar qualifying Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards, the Screencraft Inroads Fellowship, resulting in being invited to their event at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023, and most recently winning at the Palm Springs International Screenplay and Sizzle Reel contest in January 2024. Krista serves as a producer of the film, along with partners John C. Hall and Pam Renall.

Ever the children's advocate, Krista founded Project: Kids in Action, a STEAM organization dedicated to bringing performing arts education and film opportunities to children in her community and also uses her productions to offer internships to film students, giving them professional training and experience so they can start their own careers in film.
