  • Kwaku Obeng Boateng is an independent Ghanaian Filmmaker. His specialty is producing, editing and Cinematography.

    His works includes Ghana's epic independent film, The Burial of Kojo (2018), directed by Blitz Bazawule; Watchout (2020), Africa's first feature documentary film on E-Sport. Shot on location in Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Cameroon. His first work, One Head Does Not Counsel (2014), is a short documentary film about African unity told through art works created by his grandfather, Samuel Adjei Boateng.

    Kwaku is also a social entrepreneur who has organized several visual story telling workshops for children and youth in both urban and rural Ghana. He is also the media director at Africa Film Society, a non-governmental organization in Accra where he has organized free outdoor film screenings for public viewing. Kwaku Obeng Boateng's vision is to sell Africa through images.
