César began making short films on his own at the age of 15, exploring, among other things, the arts of directing, visual effects, and music. A few years later, with 10 award-winning fiction short films showcased at national and international festivals, he turned his focus to music and formed the rock band Backyard Radio. He left his Film degree halfway through to work as a freelancer, working on fiction films, music videos, promos, and various other projects in the fields of image and video.
In 2024, he joined an advertising production company, where he works as a Visual Effects Artist. He also joined two other rock bands, performing live on a regular basis.
