Biography

Melissa Ana Abugattas Lozada, professionally known as Melissa Tasslo, is a Spanish-Peruvian actress and producer recognized for her performances in the short films Afrodita(2022) Mine (2017) and My Sister (2016), as well as for her producing work on Albatross (2025), Mine (2017) and Tale of All Goddesses (2021).

Her passion for storytelling has led her to live and train in numerous cities around the world, including Los Angeles, New York, Madrid, the Canary Islands, Lyon, Toronto, Bournemouth, Buenos Aires, Lima, and Arequipa. She has studied Acting, Producing, Fashion, and multiple languages, becoming trilingual in Spanish, English, and French, and is currently studying German.

In 2015, Melissa moved to Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the New York Film Academy. Since then, she has continued to work steadily in film, web series, and short-form projects. She later completed her Master's degree in Film and Documentary Production in Madrid, where she is currently based and actively working in the industry.
