Biography

Amira Gray is a film and TV actress with a variety of credits throughout the arts. Starring mostly in short films at the start of her career, Amira progressed into web series and now feature films. Her latest film, "Here We Are" by Emmy nominated director Billy Clift, where she played supporting actress recently wrapped production and her latest release, "Don't Tear Yourself Apart" where she also played supporting actress has gone on to win several awards at various international film festivals. She has notably played opposite such actresses as Lorette Devine, known for Dreamgirls and Waiting To Exhale and Christine Elise, known for BH90210 and ER.

Amira, although less visible today in the media for her advocacy work, has sat on diversity and inclusion panels for CBS studios, CSA-Casting Soceity of America, and USC as a featured artist for their historic talent week. As well as being highlighted by NPR and HuffPost regarding such issues as diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry. She continues to collaborate privately and assist the LGBT+ community through her non-profit, Davis Gray Fund, which she founded in 2016.

Outside of acting, Amira is producing and songwriting. This extension of her professional career has brought her to Europe, where she is also professionally represented in the UK and EU markets. Amira, artist name, Gray has several of her live sets featured on various music platforms. Fantasy the debut ep by Gray is available now on all platforms. Featuring four songs all written, co-produced and co-mixed by her. Fantasy is a journey into the different aspects of Love and an introduction into Grays writing style which she describes as complex simplicity.
