Paolo Barilla was born on April 20, 1961 in Milan, Italy. He is known for Formula 1 (1950), Barilla: Masters of Pasta (2017) and Ferrari 312B: Where the Revolution Begins (2017).

Ex-Formula One racing driver, who raced for Minardi (1989 (1 GP)-1990 (8 GPs)). He started 9 Grands Prix.

He won the 1985 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Paolo Barilla, descendant of Pietro Barilla, who founded the Barilla Group in 1877.

Teammates in Formula One were: Luis Pérez-Sala and Pierluigi Martini.
