Biography

Yannick Dalmas was born on July 28, 1961 in Le Beausset, Toulon, France.

Ex-Formula One racing driver, who raced for: Larrousse (1987 (3 GPs)-1988 (13 GPs)-1989 (5 GPs Not Qualified), 1994 (2 GPs)) and AGS (1989 (9 GPs Not Pre-Qualify)-1990 (5 GPs)). He started 23 Grands Prix.

His best result in Formula 1 was a 5th place at the 1987 Australian Grand Prix, but Dalmas did not score points because Lola had entered only one car for the season.

Teammates in Formula One were: Philippe Alliot, Gabriele Tarquini and Érik Comas.

Champion: Sportscar World Championship (1992), Formula Renault France (1984, 1986).

Winner: 24 Hours of Le Mans (1992, 1994, 1995, 1999).
