At the 2021 Royal Rumble, Bianca Belair won the Women's Royal Rumble match.

On April 10, 2021, in the main event of the first night of WWE Wrestlemania, Bianca Belair defeated Sasha Banks to become the Smackdown women's champion.

On April 2, 2022 at Wrestlemania 38, Bianca Belair defeated Becky Lynch to become the Raw Women's champion.

With her Women's Tag Team. title win with Jade Cargill at the 2024 WWE Backlash, Bianca Belair is now a grand slam champion.

At night 1 of Wrestlemania 42, Bianca Belair returned to the WWE and revealed to the world that she's pregnant.
