Biography

Since 2015, Kompi Zombie has been connected in film industries with their contributions on Dead in the Water (2015) and followed by Taring (2016) short movie. The first full-length movie that included Kompi Zombie team was Gasing Tengkorak in the year of 2017. Kompi Zombie participation in the films industry not only involved members, but also their special effect makeup artists team.

Kompi Zombie was created on Facebook by Eric Kairupan in December 2009 as a fan-page to accommodate the needs of all zombie-freaks in Indonesia for having any information regarding zombie movies from the past, present and the future releases. And from there, it was expanding to involved in many events with various different of clients, including Fox Networks Group Indonesia for promoting The Walking Dead series, Sony Picture Indonesia for the premiere of Resident Evil movies, and Halloween at LEGO stores in Jakarta and Bali, Indonesia. Not to mention all the events at the malls, cafes, government institutions and private corporations.

Members of Kompi Zombie are spreading through out many cities across Indonesia, but they're connected via social media.

Kompi Zombie has appeared many times on Indonesian TV programs, mostly they were seen on Trans TV and Trans7, both are the Indonesian television stations owned by Trans Media Corporation, and also NET. the television station network that owned by Indika Group.
