Sage Linder (she/her) is a vivacious and multidisciplinary artist based in Vancouver, Canada, with dual citizenship in the United States. She is best known for her breakout role as series lead Rachel Caldwell in Harlen Coben’s Shelter on Prime Video. There she played a beautiful captain of the cheerleaders turned gun-toting brave warrior in this crime thriller based on the popular book series. Sage also stars in Tubi’s popular film Sidelined 2: Intercepted as Miley, and will reprise her role in Sidelined 3.
Next, Sage will star in the Netflix series Crew Girl as Britney Garner. This coming-of-age sports drama is set in the competitive world of high school rowing from showrunner Vivian Lin, and will premiere in September of 2026. She is also set to appear in The Marshmallow Experiment with Steve Buscemi, Sarah Chalke and Jonny Knoxville.

Sage started her training as a performer at a young age of three with ballet. Her first professional gig was dancing alongside Janet Jackson as a young teenager for the Unbreakable World Tour’s opening city in Vancouver. Sage made her debut as an actor as Summer on CBBC’s The Next Step, where she shot over 60 episodes over four seasons utilizing her high level dance training, and then toured Australia and the UK with the show. This early break into the industry built a loyal fanbase and provided valuable training and experience in the entertainment industry.
Sage’s passion for acting comes from a strong belief that the power of story unites people and opens the mind. Acting is a fulfilling career for her because it is playful, never dull, and constantly provides insight about the human experience. She has trained with renowned Vancouver coaches and studios in Vancouver and New York City.
To maintain balance in her lifestyle, Sage strongly values the meditative properties of yoga and being outside in nature. These hobbies foster her peace and enthusiasm in all her creative endeavours.
