Gabrielle Barker was born in rural North Carolina. As an adolescent Gabrielle participated in dance, gymnastics, cheer-leading, soft-ball, pageants and many other ventures that would put her in front of an audience. She aspired to be an actress since a very young age but did not become involved in the entertainment business until 2012 when she was 23 years old. Starting from the bottom as an extra and stand-in on films (The World Made Straight 2013) and television (Under The Dome 2012), (The Vampire Diaries 2012) is where she fell in love with the art of "show-biz". Soon after catching the "acting bug", Gabrielle fell in love with her now husband (Brett Barker); married and within 3 years had two children (Luke Barker and Lincoln Barker). As devoted a mother as she is, Gabrielle still aspired to follow her dreams.
In the fall of 2016 she decided to attend an open call audition for Evolution Talent Agency in Charlotte, North Carolina and was signed just days after auditioning. Enrolling in acting classes to further the understanding was next on the list and she is forever grateful for those initial classes that truly captivated her creative and hopeful mind.
As of July 2017 Gabrielle Barker has appeared in commercials, television, and movies such as; (Pepsi/ Carolina Panther with Luke Kuechly 2017), (Harris Teeter 2017), (Pepsi 2017), (Summer Infant 2017), (Outback Steakhouse with Kevin Harvick 2016), ), (Mr. Mercedes with Ann Cusack 2017), (Toyota with Denny Hamlin, 2017), (Aspen Dental with Danica Patrick, 2017), (Sid Roth's It's Supernatural with Ana Werner, 2016), (Carolinas Healthcare Systems 2016), (Interview Up 2016), (Glass Heart, 2016), (Two New Friends, 2017).
Gabrielle juggles her acting career along with her photography business all while maintaining her role as mother and wife. Hard work and dedication will eventually put Gabrielle Barker in the box office where her skills, talents and passion will captivate viewers.
