William Arthur Coen II is a American actor known for his roles in Diversion (2017), This Is Us (2016) & Creator of The Revenge Plan (2015), and The Teddy Bear (2015), among many others.

Coen was born on September 19, 1983, in Los Angeles, California, the oldest of four children in the family of Janet Gregory, a stay at home mother and teacher. Coen received a rigorous education in Elementary - Middle School, However young Coen had a stammer, since he was a kid of 4. His mother started home school, which really helped him achieve a high school diploma.

Coen's career ascended to Youtube fame when he first created Hands to Myself (2016) with another star Rosy Mazariegos. He is an amazing talented actor and producer. At the age of 32 Coen's life changed as he met his Tejinderpal Singh (an actor who appeared in: The Double Vision (2016), A Young Broken Heart (2017), and Also Too Young (2017). Singh's and Coen gained a successful friendship, Singh is now helping Coen's career convert into the Television and Film Academy. Singh will be directing and producing Coen's new show Cooking Show w/ Billy (2017) which is set to release end of this year. Coen is part of Sikhism which is the 5th Largest Religion in the world, He will be part of a new show being produced for 2019; Bringing Sikhism to you (2019).
