Originally from Dayton, Ohio-the Home of Aviation and the Gem City-Brittany Passion was ready to soar, shining her light and magnetic energy on everyone she encounters. A true trailblazer and vessel, she uses her passion to fuel purpose and ignite the fire in others. With a multifaceted career, Brittany seamlessly blends entertainment, mental health advocacy, and women’s empowerment to create meaningful, lasting impact. Brittany uses her voice to normalize mental health conversations, dismantle stigma, and empower others to embrace their minds rather than silence them. Her journey has shaped her approach to leadership, creativity, and mindset, allowing her to show up with empathy, intention, and emotional intelligence both on and off screen.

Her talent and dedication have earned her roles in 30+ television and film productions across Tubi, Amazon Prime, BET, Peacock, and more, in addition to numerous theatre productions. She can also be seen on OWN Network’s Put A Ring On It (Season 4). Brittany Passion’s journey as a Casting Director was driven by her undeniable passion for discovering, developing, and advocating for new talent. This led her to found The Passion Xperience Agency/Resource Hub, now an award-winning agency known for excellence, integrity, and impact. Her impressive track record and growing influence led to her role as Extras Casting Associate at Tyler Perry Studios with Cab Castings. With a keen eye for talent and heart for people, Brittany has successfully cast over 12,000 individuals for music videos, commercials, TV shows, films, live audiences, brand deals, fashion and hair shows, events, and more.

Beyond entertainment, Brittany brings over 15 years of experience as a former Therapist and Case Manager, working with foster care youth, the juvenile justice system, teens battling substance abuse, and underserved communities. Her background in mental health deeply informs her work today, allowing her to approach storytelling, casting, and coaching through a trauma-informed, compassionate lens. She is also committed to giving back by speaking to youth about HBCUs, overcoming life’s circumstances, self-worth, and believing in their power even when the odds are stacked against them.

As a Mental Health Advocate and Mindset Coach, Brittany’s mission is to help individuals, especially girls and women , build confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience while pursuing their dreams.
