Andrew Constance was born on October 31, 1973 in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. He was previously married to Jennifer Constance and Ainslie Gaye Thomas.

Australian Liberal Party candidate for the New South Wales House of Representatives electorate of Gilmore (2022 and 2025).
